The Executive Committee of the University Of Tennessee Chapter of APhA-ASP is comprised of seven elected officers, three appointed positions, and a faculty advisor. The seven elected offices consist of the following: President, President-Elect, Vice President of Membership, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Fundraising, Vice President of Public Relations, and the Chapter Delegate. The three appointed positions to the Executive Committee include two P1 Members-at-Large and a Chapter Historian.

Although each officer has specifically-defined roles in the chapter bylaws, the Executive Committee meets every week to discuss upcoming events, plan and coordinate chapter meetings, and find ways to improve organization and communication among the members and committees of APhA-ASP.
